“CHAKRA” is a Sanksrit word that means “wheel.” Where two or more channels of energy cross in the body, a Chakra exists. These energy centers within the human body help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to to the immune system and emotions. Seven chakras are positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each chakra has its own vibration frequency, colour, and governs specific functions that help make you well.
Chakras go in and out of balance and alignment- this happens naturally all the time. a healthy Chakra is flexible, vibrating, and moving slightly in and out of balance. However, sometimes Chakras go too far out of balance and alignment and require healing.
The Crown Chakra
LOCATION: The crown chakra’s center is at the top of your head. It radiates down to between your eyes and then extends infinitely upward and outward, connecting you to the energy of the rest of the universe.
